Will our addictions and desire for customization create a surge in micro-segmentation of the market, and how will consumers react to needs unserved? Could addiction to personal pleasure and convenience change the face of the workforce?

As technology breaks boundaries and diminishes "face time", how are we compensating for loss of intimacy and what are companies doing to imitate it in the workplace and at home?
